Where is Picture Manager?.Microsoft office picture manager free download for windows 8.1 free
I have a Toshiba I purchased with Windows 7 about 4 years ago. I purchased a downloadable Microsoft Office and the following came with it:. I can say, I do not like most of the picture editing programs on Windows 8. I don't like how it redirects me from desktop to the "App Screen" to look at pictures because it becomes a hassle to go back and forth between App and Desktop.
Is there something I am missing? Is there a Picture Editing program in Windows 8. I can only use "Photo Gallery" and it is not good at editing. Any help I would definitely appreciate. There is no Office tool that will explicitly replace Picture Manager but there are picture editing tools within the core apps Word, PowerPoint and Excel that can accomplish most of the editing functionality which exist in Office Picture Manager. You can also use Windows Live Photo Gallery to accomplish all tasks since it has a super set of the Picture Manager features.
